PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY
I am interested in the transformation that can take place during times of difficulty, challenge, and uncertainty. My experience has been that people can emerge from chaos with new perspectives, an enriched sense of wellbeing, and a clearer understanding of their guiding values. My goal is to help you navigate that process with compassion, depth, and courage, no matter what the precipitating factor. I predominantly use an evidence-based approach called Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), meaning that we focus on underlying feelings, motivations, and life experiences that sit at the heart of people’s suffering and symptoms.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, honest, and emotion-focussed. What matters most to you will be at the heart of everything we do together.
